Wake up early

Try to establish a regular nighttime routine where you go to bed at the same time each night so you can acclimate your body to waking up earlier and be ready to tackle the day.

You want your morning routine to set you up for success, so make sure you give yourself plenty of time to do all the things you need to do. This is where waking up early is so useful. 

Don’t forget about your mental health

However, you need to make sure you are mentally ready to tackle the day, and much as you’d stretch before working out, you need to stretch your mind to handle what the day might throw at you. Try reading a little each morning, journaling or meditation. You’d be amazed at how far-reaching a little mental clarity and relaxation can go when it comes to having a good day.
