Associates can choose from three levels of Fixed Indemnity Medical Plans, an Affordable Care Act (ACA) qualified Minimum Essential Coverage Plan for preventive coverage, and dental and vision plans. For all plans, all associates are eligible to enroll during their first 30 days of employment or during the company-wide open enrollment period.
Life and Short-term Disability Insurance
Associates may choose to elect term life insurance and short-term disability insurance through Essential StaffCARE. Associates are eligible to enroll during their first 30 days of employment or during the company-wide open enrollment period.
